Cranberry Sauce

Using freshly juiced pomegranate juice brings as much sweetness as it does tang – replacing the orange juice in traditional recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup of sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar in water and juice over medium heat. Simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Add cranberries and cover. Simmer another 10 minutes until the cranberries begin to pop.
  3. Pour into a glass dish and cool.
