Using freshly juiced pomegranate juice brings as much sweetness as it does tang – replacing the orange juice in traditional recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup of sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve sugar in water and juice over medium heat. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Add cranberries and cover. Simmer another 10 minutes until the cranberries begin to pop.
- Pour into a glass dish and cool.
