3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup Hershey’s cocoa
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups cold water
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa.
- Add the vinegar, vanilla and oil.
- Stir in water and spread into an un-greased 13×9 inch pan.
- Bake for 40 – 45 minutes.
